 - hide the quick menu while the selection is being resized by the user
 - hide the quick menu when one of its actions is activated (it will be shown again upon tapping the selection)
 - do not initially show the quick menu when focusing a text field (insertion)
 - tapping the insertion handle toggles the quick menu visibility
