[lib] Normalize the pkg-config file for libunity-2d-private:
 - use pkg-config variable substitution where available
 - remove spurious 'Library' key
 - hardcode the version to match that of the package, in want of a better solution
 - add missing dependencies and make them all private

D-Conf option 'use-opengl' was not taken into account because the absence of
command line parameter -opengl was overriding it.
