Documentation overhaul.

- Moved all deprecated documentation to elisa-core/docs/deprecated.
- Updated all documents in elisa-core/docs/* and making them follow the
  restructured text syntax; extensions are now '.rst' for all documents.
- Created the 'developers_guide.rst' where *all* documentation will be
  contained; the fact that it is a single authoritative source will help
  avoiding duplication of information, ease the process of *finding* the
  documentation and overall help keeping it up-to-date since developers will
  only have to care about one document.
- Completed API docstring of PluginRegistry.
