Fix "(missed)" appearing in departure column for final station in F1/Help > Timetable.
Added red/green colour hints to F10/Next Station and F1/Help > Timetable for actual times.

Debugging improvement: instead of having to recompile with CRASH_ON_ERRORS set, now it simply doesn't catch errors when running under the debugger. Run from VS -> stops at error. Run outside VS -> error message and log.

Performance improvements for level crossing updating.
DistanceTo/Travellers now support a maximum search distance to limit work done.
Level crossing activations now only scan up to 2000m down the track.

Do not adjust track height on level crossings if the track is too high. Fix problems when cars travel through tiles. Adjust the sound level a bit.
