These updates, on the master branch, are to support testing the caracal
packages and support of the charms for caracal. They do NOT lock the charms
down, and don't change the testing branches to stable branches.

- Add 22.04 to charmcraft.yaml

target.
- ensure that the openstack-origin is yoga
Only send netapp_pool_name_search_pattern when set
netapp_pool_name_search_pattern is optional and if it is unset
then the option should not be rendered. So do not send this
option to the principle if it is unset.
