Code cleanup

19. By Slick

Validated against pylint. Fixed a few typos and brought the code closer in to PEP8 compliance. All the remaining errors are related to using the SOS acronym in the names and I don't think it makes sense to remove them.

Fixed silly floating point error in calculation of test value

17. By Landon Jurgens <email address hidden>

Updated accuracy based on testing. At 9 decimal places the object should be accurate to 0.1 meters at the equator so it should suffice for now.

simple fix. End of day

15. By Landon Jurgens <email address hidden>

Fixed a couple issues with accuracy. cleaned up test and combined the latitude and longitude into a single looped test.

Worked through all unittests and all now pass. changed the stored value of the lat and lon from radial value to the decimal degree value to improve accuracy.

13. By Landon Jurgens <email address hidden>

Got the unit test up and running for the lat and lon objects. unittest does not pass but has no errors

12. By Landon Jurgens <email address hidden>
