Updated descriptions in the Clip properties section for clarification. We should think about updating the associated images as well, but screenshots generated from my system won't fit in with the rest of the documentation style.

Updated help manual XML file to use relative file paths:
"figures/image.png". Version 3+ of yelp should show the images correctly now. Version 2 of yelp will no longer display pictures.
