Fix tab focus mess in SearchFormWidget. Instead of creating widgets and then sorting them, we first sort them and finally create them in order, so we don't have to worry about tab order. Setting tab order the way we used to, caused problems with search widgets that contained several subwidget that needed the focus, such as integer, float or calendar widgets.

Backported a good part of the work on jasper_reports module from 5.0 to 4.2.
Now it's using the new JasperServer. Detected a bug in the CSV version and
we're using old XML until that is fixed.
