[WIP] Menu widget is now splitted in two widgets that communicate by event over the webclient. All the needaction logic is moved inside the new submenu widget. Hash logic is broken.

[WIP] Menu widget does not search the action_id of a menuitem inside the dom of the submenu anymore, it looks instead in the data retrieved by the rpc call to /web/menu/load. This way we can correctly separate topmenu and submenu logic.
