This branch contains some improvements to esale_joomla module. Changes are mainly focused on images management: basically, user can add product image in OpenERP and, by the wizards, export it to VirtueMart.

esale_joomla: product image export.
Added a fields.binary to product (image widget) that is exported to VirtueMart during export wizard. Two images are saved in VirtueMart: original size and thumbnail.
Image resizing is achieved VirtueMart side, using shop settings (PSHOP_IMG_WIDTH and PSHOP_IMG_HEIGHT) and VirtueMart classes (Img2Thumb).
To avoid slow exporting of many big images, an image is exported only if modified.

Corrected menu structure. Fixed issue with loading of data from webshop without range. Fixed issue with missing forms. Fixed issue with plugin use of different prefixes. Fixed issue with too large data in webshop, limitation is now set to 30 orders per run, this will be increased in later version.
