  - Added a complete README file with all instructions on building, deploying and using the Rex-Proxy
  - Fixing the name of the sniff sound file

  - Sending missing changes in the C# project file
  - Added additional instructions in the to_add_into_prebuild.xml file
  - Commented annoying debug log in PetaverseProxy.cs when there is no loaded active pet.
