- Changes in PersistitStore (update-tracking):
   + shouldn't call removeAll() because new entries might have been inserted while the worker is running
   + so remove one entry at a time

- Changes in FullTextServiceImpl (populate-tracking, real bug)
   + get a semaphore to make sure "remove" and "insert/store" are never done at the same time.
   + (simiarly to the update-case), only one entry should be removed at a time
