Pros:
- Keeps Onboard visible in presence of text popups.
- Better success rate of showing/hiding when unity dash opens/closes.

Cons:
Higher odds of keeping Onboard visible when it shouldn't be, mostly due to
AT-SPI bugs/quirks. Very application dependent.
