karel` ya no se comportara igual, y el KarelOutput estaba siempre
ignorando la posición y dirección final de Karel.

Mejor soporte multiplataforma

Resulta que era mejor omitir todas las banderas específicas a cierta
plataforma y mejor dejar que el compilador utilice las opciones por
default.
