Some Windows fixes.

- Define a macro CLOSE_SOCKET() that expands to closesocket() on Windows and close() otherwise.
- Use g_strdup instead of strdup for improved portability (i.e. Microsoft's WDK CRT that only declares _strdup).
- Fixed the declaration of the lprintf macro for non-DEBUG.
