Call the package "canonical-pc-i386" for now

We can not call it canonical-pc because there is already the
canonical-pc gadget snap for amd64. The gadget snaps are currently
architecture: all and define the architecture of the target image.

Until we have the model assertion doing this we must have uniq names
for gadget snaps.
