Revert "a script to remove maas stuff"

This reverts commit 9c3db9505de446fc4115bd7b22e1324dfc763cc4.

because that script is not related normal installation,
so moved it to
lp:~~oem-solutions-group/lyoncore/+git/oem-fix-misc-cnl-maas-helper
which will only be install on the environment which deploied by maas.
