No need to explicitly add row reference to name cache

Statements that added a row reference to the cache have been removed
because that functionality now happens in the _insert_row_helper
method as part of the append method.

When removing this lines, there problem of getting an error because
newly created job has a duplicated name (when that's not the case,
becasue new jobs are created to have a unique name) is removed.
