Remove /var/lib/dbus/machine-id from all images

grub-efi: Remove unnecessary (and incorrect) file copy operations

grub EFI files were renamed, which has broken the copy operations.
These are unnecessary as the grub-install will perform all of the
needed file copies.

Remove as many HWE dailies as possible

These are no longer being produced, and we don't want people to be able to find
old versions of them and use them.

(Technically, we're modifying the "keep" value for HWE regexes in
daily-build-cleaner-schedule.txt to be 1 instead of 5, which should lead to
them eventually making their way out of EC2.)

We can't remove all HWE dailies using the daily build cleaner, because telling
it to keep 0 in fact disables it. We'll have to do some manual clean-up after
this runs.
