changed output plugin name to xhtml instead of the more obnoxious xhtmlmathsvg

Default input extension changed to .obp. XHTML + MATH + SVG doctype is supported as output extension xhtmlmathsvg. Template for the output extension xhtmlmathsvg is expected to be found at template.xtpl, the default html output still looks at template.tpl.
