* Merge from debian. Remaining changes:
  - debian/control.in: Drop optional highlight dependency, which is in
    universe.
* Team upload.
* Build-depend on dblatex so that gtkdoc-mkpdf works. Closes: #570751.
* Suggest dblatex as well since it might be useful at runtime.
