Added the Blender files for tribe Frisians
Description of the change
Adds all the blend files for tribe Frisians, (buildings, workers, ship etc.), except the tribe immovables Buckthorn and Desert Hackberry (because the files are too large).
Also includes three convenience tools for scaling, moving and clipping sets of animations (written in Java, source code and compiled class files included) and a readme file describing how to use them.

I have added you to the Media Developers group, so you should be able to merge this yourself. I don't have the diskspace at the moment.
