for display in the addons manager

Fix LP: #750305 - Please update links and configs for Natty release.
Rather than doing this manually for every release, we add a dist.js with distro
information (populated at build time with lsb_release) and just do all this
automatically.

Adding dist.js also allows us to fix LP: #752364.

Drop the releaseNoteURL override. Access to the release notes is from
about: rather than the Help menu, and the new location means that it makes
no sense to add our own release notes here
