Ubuntu slideshow:
Removed Scriptaculous and Reflector script.
Renamed some slides to better fit their current roles.
Fixed RTL support for .content .footer element (lp:537635).

Fixed width of text by a slightly less ugly hack; first list item is shrunken to wrap around icon, but not the others. We assume it doesn't have much text. If it does, it looks ugly.

New look for the Ubuntu slideshow!
Documentation slide: changed image to Ubuntu logo.
Renamed "special" CSS class to "footer"
Images are no longer being modified by GIMP script. Added unmodified PNGs to ./slideshows/ubuntu/slides/icons
Updated license details for images in debian/copyright.
Larger dimensions: 816x500, from 700x420.

Changed crossfade.js in common link-core directory: combining crossfade with sliding "cover" transition.

Removed GIMP build dependency. GIMP scripts in images-source no longer to be run at build time; final icons should be added manually. (images-source is purely to help in developing).
Clarified this in README.

Generated images for Kubuntu and placed them in ./slideshows/kubuntu/slides/icons

Some tinkering with design for Ubuntu slideshow: Lightened body text, new link colour, new bullet points, decreased letter spacing for main title, slightly different margins.

Morale building adjustment to newlines around curly braces.

Slightly rephrased welcome slide.
