Added qml-module-ubuntu-connectivity as it provides a nice little QML API to provide info about the phone's connectivity.

Description of the change

Added qml-module-ubuntu-connectivity as it provides a nice little QML API to provide info about the phone's connectivity. This is used by Dekko (email client) and many other apps to come.
