Removes clock hand spring animation since it was causing delays which caused the second hand to sometimes skip seconds in order to catch up with the current time. It also refactors analog touch hand based on the new clock hand implementation. Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1186279.

This commit reverts the alarm tab hide and instead displays a text warning the user to not use Alarms. This is fix the failing stopwatch autopilot tests.

Disable Alarm Tab until the Alarms feature is ready for use. Otherwise it is generating bug reports and user comments who mistake it to not working properly. Also removed incorrect uses of i18n.tr() calls.
