synchronously, but not always. Now we just mock it to return something

Merge custom-graph-code-hash [r=jkakar,radix]

Add a new item to the custom graph schema "script-hash" which will be the hash
of the script that the server sends to the client.

Add two utility functions for generating this hash to be shared on the client
and server side.
