Added buds MP_Comm a few places to check that it works.

Now buds has been implemented with MPI. One can now use the
parallel_bud module to use core_MP (MPI_Comm_World) and
global_MP (true_MPI_Comm_World).

It runs and works. This commit also has a few bug-fixes for
non-parallel compilation of buds.

Implemented buds in the mixing utilities

Now buds is used in the mixing utilites.
I initially started there because it has the least
interference with the remaining code and will help a lot.

This merged brought a bit of updates to buds it-self, hence
certain sources has been updated there.

Also a bug related to using pulay and then pulay-GR was fixed.
I doubt this will be used by users and so it should be safe to put
it here anyway.
