For some reason Eclipse can tell us that a file has been added multiple times.

This seems like a bug in Eclipse but for now just guard against this so we don't execute multiple 'bzr add' commands for a single file if the auto-add option is on.

ResourceChangeListener now executes only one 'bzr ls --ignored --recursive' command when auto-adding files option is on.

Don't execute a 'bzr is-ignored' command for every file that is added. This causes serious problems when importing large projects into Eclipse.
