values are a absolute pain to use in KConfigXT (impossible?)

I just saw that you can use external enums by specifying a string
containing :: in the name attribute of <choices>
Also set the combo box values from the settings, not from the .ui file

as for scripty removing braces for de and nl languages -- i don't know. msginit in my system (0.18.1, kubuntu) returns data with the braces
if you can argument that scripty is right, i'll remove the braces from Lokalize.
