Add namespace to desktop and appdata files

- add the organization namespace to the desktop file (renaming it from
  the previous name used to not conflict with the service file), and then
  the appdata file, according the specification;
- it is worth nothing that the appdata file previosuly referenced the
  desktop file for the service, not the one for the application;
- use the new directory for metadata (metainfo) files.

To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"
