emboss (6.5.7-0ubuntu3) precise; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Deleted the big upstream patch as this release incorporates it.
  * Likewise the PostgreSQL and MySQL build fixes
  * Build against libgdchart-gd2-noxpm-dev as this yields a binary that will
    install happily with either libgd2-noxpm or libgd2-xpm
  * Added dependency on libgd2-noxpm-dev as it seems to influence Ubuntu
    to cleanly install the right parent dependency (?)
  * Added pre-depends to allow installing LZMA packaed archive on Lucid
  * Renamed /usr/bin/runJemboss.sh to jemboss
  * Stopped installation of jemboss.desktop until there is a proper icon
    for it (in BL I've put one in the wrapper package)
  * Remove CVS junk on clean target
  * Disable postinst/postrm on emboss-lib as it does  causes a Lintian
    warning - emboss-lib only has private libraries
  * Clean out Makefile/Makefile.in regenerated in test by
    dh_autoreconf
  * Clean out jebmoss resources.jar which is also re-made during build
  * Add missing newline to emboss-lib.lintian-overrides, fixing warning
