Moved the initialization of RegexReplace into its constructor and turned the PARSE_REGEX_ARG macro into a private method.

Added const to a a few function parameters and free-ed pointers returned fro strdup that were causing leaks.

Initial pass at cleaning up the st_replace_regex struct in drizzletest. Changed it to ReplaceRegex and added a constructor/destructor that takes care of init/deleting.

Converted the DYNAMIC_ARRAY to a vector. Removed the "cram multiple things into malloc" and converted the dynamic buffer to a vector<char>.
