  - Checkboxes work with egtk (Gtk.CheckButton don't work with Freya)
  - Add a setting for the time out
  - Support mp4
  - Add a setting for the framerate
  - Remove useless plank menu items
  - Persists most of the settings

ISSUES :
There are two minor issues
- the delay label is not properly aligned in the behavior tab
- record sounds from computer is always disabled.
