Added Loic Molinari's DropShadow item and make use of that in the Spread

The actual dropshadow code is from
https://launchpad.net/~loic.molinari/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/quick+

This should greatly improve rendering performance of the spread on
devices with huge pixel density but comparatively low GPU power, like
the Meizu MX4.
