This introduces a new type of hooks which are autogenerated. If the hook name looks like this: D09add_
ppa~$person~ $ppa (e.g. D09add_ ppa~mir- team~staging) , it will be autogenerated. Works both for private and public PPA (ps-jenkins user needs to have access to the private PPA). Approved by PS Jenkins bot, Sergio Schvezov.
