enable mediumtests for ubuntu-ui-toolkit

Description of the change

@Francis: It would be great if you could have a test run for this on your machine, ideally for this branch: https://code.launchpad.net/~fboucault/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/fix_1197355/+merge/172861

I've run this one manually through the mediumtests job and only one test fails. Florian is fixing that one as we speak.

This will work as is, but we probably want to use the aggregate_tests option to pull the results into the parent job. I'll update with a merge proposal to get this going.
