Add watched progress bars to recordings list and % watched to infobox
Thanks to dfdario and John Veness for the great idea!
Also cleaned boxes on the recordings view and lowered OSD message
(like Bookmark Saved) below the new OSD status location.

Notes since last release of 32 in 2023:
Move OSD and program info from bottom to top of the screen where it is
less likely to overlap subtitles, tickers or other information being
displayed by the channel itself. Thanks to vidtek aka Tony for the
idea on the forum.
Switch all boxes to on consistent alpha, outline and round corners by
sharing one definition that can be edited in one place.
Music: fix radio track count > 999, fix lyrics view for radio streams,
add progress bar and play time to infobox over fullscreen visual in
preparation for v34 music controls during visual.
