Notes since last release of 30.2 in 2021:

 Music / Radio Stream Improvements

* Player Settings now works (bug fix)

* Add Radio Streams now works (bug fix)

* Lyric view puts lyrics in place of playlist

* Year is shown for selected track

* Backslash separator in: song \ artist \ album

 Scheduler Improvements

* Cleaner Program Finder with recording status below

* Previouly Recorded now works (since v30)

 General Improvements

* Recorded time added to OSD progress status bar

* Mini scroll bars on lists indicate length and position

* Remove button background in text tables to improve clarity

* Selected menu/tree item easier to see with yellow font

Adjust buttonlist2 to work for the v30 prevreclist from default-wide

so that we don't need to theme it separately here. This eliminates
buttonlist3, now only the original buttonlist2 is needed.
