MySQL Utilities release-1.3.4 : Package testing

This patch fixes the error occurring at the build of commercial msi
package error:"missing file README.txt", introduced by the changes in
previous patch.

Also changes the installation path of the python library files in debian
from ".../python2.Y/site-packages/" to ".../python2.Y/dist-packages/" to
be the same as the Connector python uses.

MySQL Utilities release-1.3.4 : Package testing

This patch fixes the scripts in Debian and RPM Commercial distribution,
files was added with ".py" file extension, now is removed.
Fixes the installation path for utilities library, and the debian package
post-install and post-remove scripts.

MySQL Utilities release-1.3.4 : Package testing

A problem still persists with the mysqluc utility and Windows
platforms. The problem is one of missing quotes for paths
with spaces and over quoting parameter lists.

This patch fixes the quoting issues. All tests pass now.

Release-1.3.4 Testing

This patch fixes a regression issue when using mysqluc installed with msi
the error was that mysqluc was not finding the other utilities.
Also includes a small fix for a license issue for commercial msi.

Release-1.3.4 Testing

A regression was found in the serverclone.py module where the addition
of the --user option was overwritten. However, once replaced there
were additional problems found on Posix systems WRT running mysqlfrm
as root and requesting another user to run the spawned server under.

This patch corrects the problems by allowing the bootstrap to run
as root to ensure all files are copied, changes the owner and group
of the temporary datadir, then executes the server.

The temporary datadir is removed on completion.
