d/patches: Drop removedojo patch

This patch simple erased precompiled javascript from a
frontend library that was only used by ndb. Upstream
now removes the entire storage/ndb directory from the
mysql-boost tarball.

Run test suite with new --report-unstable-tests flag

During the mtr run, any tests that fail, but pass on retry
will be reported as a warning instead of an error. This
will reduce test run failures due to unstabl tests.

Drop group_replication plugin

The plugin is GA, but tagged as "rapid", meaning it doesn't guarantee
feature stability, so for now we'll drop it from the packaging.
