This simply removes the mariadb specific patches (ideally we should instead adjust them for proper detection)
and disables a couple of new warnings in gcc9

New patch for mysql-connector-c++ 1.1.12-3

This seems to include many necessary fixes for MySQL 8.0, so the only
fix required is to fix the Debian patch to actually detect MariaDB
rather than just assume it.
