Fix for the bug#55870 - SQLRowCount gave wrong result for most catalog functions in many cases.
Fix sets affected_rows property of the MYSQL object.

Patch also includes testcase and changelog entry. Tests for some catalog functions are incorporated into old testcases.

Patch also contains a couple of side changes - mysql_query substituted with mysql_real_query in on place, assert added,
buffer size justified. some formatting fixed.
