change server-ship-live to contain linux-generic

as we are going to change the live server livefs build to no longer
include the kernel in filesystem.squashfs

supported: Exclude python-networkx-doc: too many universe deps

supported: clean up Qt exclude rules now that Qt is fully in universe

supported: Exclude libblockdev-nvdimm-dev

depends on ndctl

Include desktop-default-languages in live Tasks.

desktop-default-languages includes other lang seeds.

List one package per language to ensure Task isn't installed

We only want the language tasks to appear as installed on the live
image.

supported-kiosk: drop packages that don't exist in disco

Fix "destkop" typo

Change Task-Key directly.

Make *default-languages* appearing in tasksel

For the tasks to appear in tasksel, it needs a Key package,
take a dummy one, included in Tasks-Seeds.
