Fix germinate invocation for i386 on jammy to include -updates, and refresh

This fixes the problem with nvidia 525 being missing on Kubuntu, because
that version is only present in jammy-updates.

Generate the list of kubuntu i386 packages separately from ubuntu for jammy

Kubuntu has made different selections of nvidia drivers, and does not have
gamemode as part of its desktop seed. Using the same i386 list for both
Ubuntu and Kubuntu results in extraneous packages being included on Kubuntu
that would never be pulled in.

Confusingly, regenerating this list for Kubuntu drops the nvidia 390 and 510
drivers, which is expected; but it does not pull in the 525 driver, which
Kubuntu also has seeded in ship-live. This warrants further investigation.

Remove -checksum_algorithm_iso from xorriso command line

Slightly surprisingly from the name, these are related to xorriso's
jigdo support which is not enabled in newer releases and thus cause the
xorriso invocations to fail.
