this will not actually build because debian/control still defines golang-go etc

drop alternatives stuff

remove replaces/breaks of old golang-go-$GOOS-$GOARCH packages (moves to golang-defaults)

remove tools from Suggests, that goes to golang-defaults too

Remove man pages (moved to golang-defaults)
