we are switching to cordova-ubuntu by default.

- check if app is already installed on the device before overwriting it
- redirect stdout and stderr to pipes we can read from the launcher
- refactor launcher to support scopes
- pass hook to the launcher, so multiple hooks are supported
- make sure name in the manifest file only contains lowercase letters when created from a template
- always package debughelper to get correct output
- Get rid of project type guessing
- Enable Scopes in deploy configurations
