Description of the change

This updates deb thumbnailer to gtk3, uses the new mechnaism of nautilus to install thumbnailers and shuffles the code a bit to make it a bit more OO. The tests are also updated.

Please consider merging, I want to give the deb-thumbnailer for 12.04 another stab to try to bring it into the default install.
