Merge lp:~mvo/command-not-found/remove-debian-dir into lp:~command-not-found-developers/command-not-found/trunk

[Michael Vogt]

This branch removes the debian dir from trunk/ to make it clearer that there is a "trunk" and "packaging" branch.

I recently accidental uploaded from trunk and that causes some confusion as the ubuntu branch was out of date then.
