Change ordering of menu items

Build instructions:

It doesn't seem like the RC compiler detects this and runs
automatically as of now.

So

1. Go to the build dir, remove qrc_kstars.cpp and kstars.qrc.depends

2. Go to the install dir, remove kstarsui.rc

3. Rebuild. You should see qrc_kstars.cpp being compiled.

Now, things should work.
